Are all bears handmade?
Most of our bears are handmade from materials such as resin, wax, soap or Jesmonite. We also give selected pre-loved bears and ornaments a completely new look. Whether handmade from scratch or creatively transformed, every bear is finished by us with care and has its own character.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship our bears internationally. Available shipping options and costs are shown during checkout.
Can I order a custom bear?
In many cases, yes. If you have a specific colour, style or occasion in mind, contact us to discuss the possibilities.
How long does it take before my order is shipped?
Processing time depends on whether your bear is in stock or made to order. The expected processing time is shown with each product.
My bear is a gift. Can you make it extra special?
Absolutely. Many of our bears are perfect for birthdays, new babies, anniversaries and other special moments. If you have a special request, contact us before ordering.
